1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
'Techjunsoft is processing personal information for the following purposes and will not use it for any purpose other than the following.
- Android Advertising ID for delivery

techjunsoft does not entrust third-party processing of personal information.
3. Rights, duties and methods of the information entity

4. Creating an item of personal information to process
① techjunsoft We process personal information items according to the following Android Advertising ID usage policy.

- Usage: Android ad identifiers should only be used for ad and user analytics. For each ID access, you'll need to check the "opt out of interest-based ads" or "opt out of ad customizations" settings.
- Associate with personally identifiable information or other identifiers: An advertising identifier must not be associated with personally identifiable information or linked to a permanent device identifier (such as SSAID, MAC address, IMEI, etc.) without your explicit consent.
- Respect user choice: At reset, do not associate new ad identifiers with data derived from existing ad identifiers or existing ad identifiers without explicit consent from the user. You must also comply with the user's "opt out of interest-based ads" or "opt out of ad customizations" settings. If the user is using this setting, you should not use the ad identifier to create a user profile for advertising purposes or to target users with customized ads. Acceptable actions include contextual advertising, frequency capping, conversion tracking, reporting and security, and fraud detection.
- Transparency to users: The collection and use of advertising identifiers and efforts to comply with these terms must be disclosed to users through a legally compliant privacy notice. To learn more about our privacy practices, please review our User Data Policies.
- Compliance with Terms of Use: The advertising identifier may only be used in accordance with these terms, including the terms of any person who may share identifiers in the business process. Beginning August 1, 2014, all updates and new apps uploaded to Google Play must use an Advertising ID instead of a different device identifier for advertising purposes, if available on your device.
5. Destruction of personal information
techjunsoft In principle, if the purpose of processing personal information is accomplished, we will destroy the personal information without delay. The procedures, deadlines and methods of destruction are as follows.
① Destruction procedure
The Android Advertising ID for sending an advertisement is used during the application's operation and is not used after the application is terminated.
② Period of destruction
Personal information related to users will be destroyed together with application deletion.
6. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information
techjunsoft, in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, has the following technical, administrative and physical measures to ensure safety.
① Regular self-audit
We regularly conduct our own audits to ensure the safety of handling personal information.
② Restrict access to personal information
Personal information is used only when the app is running, and it is not exported / stored outside.
③ Access control to unauthorized persons
On Android mobile, you can not directly access the internal physical storage that stores personal information. This permission is used only at runtime and does not transfer / save to external.
④ Cryptographic build
Protect your APK files from unauthorized changes by applying the encryption technology (Signature Scheme v2) of the Android Studio build tool when you create your application.

② By using the techjunsoft service (or business), the information subject can inquire about personal information protection related complaints, complaints, and damages relief. techjunsoft will respond without delay to the inquiry of the information subject.
8. Change of personal information processing policy
① This Privacy Policy will be effective from the effective date. If there are any additions, deletions or corrections in accordance with laws and policies, we will notify you through announcements 7 days before the change.

4. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목 작성
① techjunsoft 다음의 Android 광고 ID 사용 정책에 따라 개인정보 항목을 처리하고 있습니다.
- 사용: Android 광고 식별자는 광고 및 사용자 분석에만 사용해야 합니다. 각 ID 액세스에서 '관심기반 광고 선택 해제' 또는 '광고 맞춤설정 선택 해제' 설정 상태를 확인해야 합니다.
- 개인 식별 정보 또는 기타 식별자와 연결: 광고 식별자는 사용자의 명시적인 동의 없이 개인 식별 정보에 연결되거나 영구적인 기기 식별자(예: SSAID, MAC 주소, IMEI, 등)에 연결되면 안 됩니다.
- 사용자 선택 존중: 재설정 시 사용자의 명시적인 동의 없이 새 광고 식별자를 기존 광고 식별자 또는 기존 광고 식별자에서 파생된 데이터에 연결하면 안 됩니다. 또한 사용자의 '관심기반 광고 선택 해제' 또는 '광고 맞춤설정 선택 해제' 설정도 준수해야 합니다. 사용자가 이 설정을 사용하는 경우 광고 식별자를 사용하여 광고 목적으로 사용자 프로필을 만들거나 맞춤 광고로 사용자를 타겟팅하면 안 됩니다. 허용되는 작업에는 문맥 광고, 게재빈도 설정, 전환 추적, 보고 및 보안, 사기 감지 등이 있습니다.
- 사용자에 대한 투명성: 광고 식별자의 수집과 사용 및 이러한 약관을 준수하기 위한 노력은 법적으로 적합한 개인정보 보호 고지를 통해 사용자에게 공개되어야 합니다. Google의 개인정보 보호 기준에 대해 자세히 알아보려면 사용자 데이터 정책을 검토하시기 바랍니다.
- 이용약관 준수: 광고 식별자는 이러한 약관에 따라서만 사용할 수 있으며 여기에는 비즈니스 과정에서 식별자를 공유할 수 있는 모든 관계자의 약관도 포함됩니다. 2014년 8월 1일부터 Google Play에 업로드되는 모든 업데이트 및 새 앱에서는 광고 용도에 다른 기기 식별자 대신 광고 ID를 사용해야 합니다(기기에서 사용할 수 있는 경우).
5. 개인정보의 파기
techjunsoft 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

광고 송출을 위한 Android 광고 ID는 어플리케이션이 동작 중 사용되며 어플리케이션 종료 후 사용되지않습니다.
② 파기기한
이용자 관련 개인정보는 어플리케이션 삭제와 함께 모두 파기됩니다.
6. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
techjunsoft는 개인정보보호법 제29조에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.
① 정기적인 자체 감사 실시
개인정보 취급 관련 안정성 확보를 위해 정기적으로 자체 감사를 실시하고 있습니다.
② 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한
개인정보는 앱 실행시에만 사용하며, 외부로 전송/저장하지 않습니다.
③ 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제
안드로이드 모바일에서는 개인정보를 보관하고 있는 내부의 물리적 보관 장소에 직접 접근이 불가능합니다. 해당 권한은 실행시에만 사용되며, 외부로 전송/저장하지 않습니다.
④ 암호화 빌드
어플리케이션 제작시 안드로이드 스튜디오 빌드 툴의 암호화 기술(Signature Scheme v2)을 적용하여 APK 파일을 무단으로 변경하지 못하도록 보호합니다.
7. 개인정보 보호책임자 작성
① techjunsoft는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

8. 개인정보 처리방침 변경
① 이 개인정보취급방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.
